Find the Right Balance with Screens and Each Other
We understand — screens are part of modern life. But, without clear boundaries, they can quietly replace conversation, play, and presence. The Mountain Method helps families create healthy screen rhythms so connection, creativity, and calm can return to the home.

Let The Mountain Method Help Your Family Find Balance And Reconnect

Meet Dr. Stacy Jagger
Dr. Stacy Jagger, known to many families as Dr. Sassy, is a licensed family therapist, executive family coach, speaker, and creator of The Mountain Method. For 15 years, she has helped children and parents move from overwhelm and disconnection to calm, confidence, and meaningful connection.
As the Founder and Clinical Director of Music City Family Therapy in Nashville, TN, and author of The 30-Day Blackout, Dr. Jagger blends clinical expertise with warmth, humor, and practical tools families can actually use at home.
Through her nonprofit, Advocate for the Creative Child, she also supports creative, screen-free spaces that help children heal, play, and reconnect. Whether she’s working with families, speaking on national stages, or creating new resources for parents, her mission is the same — helping families find their way back to each other.
